Shipping Policy

Jet Lube Oils ships products using a variety of shipping carriers, including but not limited to:

• FedEx
• UPS
• USPS

Shipping methods are selected based on the most convenient, reliable, and cost-effective option available at the time of shipment unless the customer contacts us in advance regarding expedited or express shipping options.

Processing Times

Most in-stock products ship within 1–2 business days. We keep plenty of stock of common items, But certain variations or packaging types may be special order. 

Certain special-order or limited-availability products may require additional processing time and could experience a shipping delay of approximately 4–5 business days before shipment.

Customers may contact Jet Lube Oils prior to ordering if they would like to confirm product availability or estimated shipping times.

Express Shipping

Customers requesting expedited shipping services should contact Jet Lube Oils prior to placing an order to discuss available express shipping options and additional costs.

Puerto Rico Shipments

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico may be sent using USPS services only.

Whenever possible, shipments to Puerto Rico will be sent using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate packaging. Larger shipments that do not qualify for USPS Flat Rate shipping may be shipped using USPS Ground services, and some may require addition shipping charges. 

Please note that USPS Ground shipments to Puerto Rico may take up to 14 days for delivery depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Shipping Delays

Jet Lube Oils is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs processing, carrier service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
