At Jet Lube Oils, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following return policy before making a purchase.

Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be returned in their original condition whenever possible
• Returned items must not show excessive use, contamination, or intentional damage
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Refunds

Refunds will be issued after returned products are received and inspected by Jet Lube Oils.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Jet Lube Oils will make every reasonable effort to replace or refund products that are:

• Lost during shipping
• Heavily damaged during transit

Customers should report damaged shipments as soon as possible and retain all packaging materials if damage occurred during delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Jet Lube Oils reserves the right to deny returns or partial refunds for products that:

• Have been excessively used
• Are contaminated
• Are returned outside the 14-day return window
• Are damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Jet Lube Oils reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
